Poor, stony and clay soils situated at 600-700 metres altitude, in the mountains of Terres dels Alforins. The vines are more than 35 years old and produce low yields per hectare. We practice sustainable grape-growing and respect the environment.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES
ASPECT: Intense purple colour, violet rim and medium high intensity.
NOSE: Mature dark fruits, liquorice, Mediterranean plants, cocoa, and a toasted undertone.
MOUTH: Full mouth, potent with a long finish.

Pairs perfectly with our typical Mediterranean food like rice recipes and meat dishes, and improves with cool, interesting conversations.

The song was originally composed to start off concerts but one day someone put words to it, and it became a hit.
